Ethiopian food is one of the best delecacies in the world. It usually consists of injera served with different kinds of stews. One of these stews is "Doro wot" which is a spicy chicken stew. Doro wot is made with chicken drumsticks, wings or thighs cooked in a spicy sauce consisting of butter, onion, garlic, ginger, tomato, cardamom and "berbere". For Ethiopians, doro wot is the go-to meal of celebration during national and religious festivals.
