Ice hockey is a game between two teams who wear skates and compete on an ice rink. Each team usually has six players. The object is to shoot the puck into the goal net guarded by a goalkeeper. Ice hockey is popular for its speed and frequent physical contact.

The Flames began competing in 1992-1993 and currently compete out of the
2000 seat Guildford Spectrum in the Elite Ice Hockey League made up of
10 teams from England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
This year so far they are currently at the top of the table!
