QiGong 🥋 is practice for everyone with any physical activity level. No previous experience is needed. The roots go back to ancient
Chinise medicine 🐼. Our trainers adopted the practice for womens needs, focusing on sets of exercises aiming to improve
girls' energy and wellbeing. Men and boys are welcome as well, just be aware that for some exercises you might get bored or
would prefer to skip 😉. A flow of slow movements, breathing and meditation practices will help you
to release muscle pain, relax and to cultivate balance and strenth.
