Greek Yogurt

I am short on time to finish the final project properly. The first week of courses; I had a week off from work and I was able to follow the html series without problem. Later, when my schedule got busy things get tricky to follow up. However this is only due to my personal schedule. Nevertheless, I loved these series and will continue to work on the new skills I learnt during this course! Thank you.

I eat Skyr yogurt as an alternative to greek one when I want to save some calories.

Skyr is a thick & creamy Icelandic yogurt that's been a provision of Icelanders for nearly 1,000 years. Skyr is akin to yogurt but has a different texture thanks to the heirloom Icelandic cultures used to make it. It takes nearly four cups of milk to make one cup of Skyr, making it thicker, and creamier than yogurt.

Both Icelandic and Greek style yogurts are strained yogurts, which make them thicker than regular yogurt, though Icelandic-style yogurts tend to be even thicker and have higher protein levels. Icelandic-style Yogurts also tend to be less tart than Greek-style Yogurts. Aside from the smooth, thick texture, skyr gets bonus points for its health benefits. It's super high in protein (even higher than Greek yogurt), and also packed with vitamins and minerals, and typically lower in sugar, carbs, and fat than most yogurts.
