Swimming
Pool, Lake, Sea
Swimming is one of my favourte things to do. Ushally solo but on
occation with friends. This is a sport that uses one's entire body to
move through water, for varied distance and techniques. Most eventing
you can find me at the local pool, or in the warmer months in the loacl
lake.
As well as improving physical health, swimming can also boost your mood
and reduce stress levels to improve your mental wellbeing. Exercising in
water means reduced strain on your joints when compared to other
exercises like running or football.
