An omelette or omelet is a dish made from beaten eggs, fried with butter or oil in a frying pan. It is quite common for the omelette to be folded around fillings such as cheese, chives, vegetables, mushrooms, meat (often ham or bacon), or some combination of the above. Ingredients
- 🥚2 Fresh Eggs
- 🥛Milk
- 🧂Pinch of Salt & Peper
Instructions
🍳Step 1
- Beat the eggs lightly with a fork. Add some milk, pinch of salt and peper.
🍳Step 2
- Spray 8-inch (20 cm) non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture.
🍳Step 3
- When eggs are almost set on surface but still look moist, cover half of omelette with filling. Cook for a minute, then slide omelette onto plate.
