In order to achieve Wellness, we need to first take a look at our fears:
Regardless of the fear you reflected on for your response, we all experience it. The most important thing I would like you to take away from this page is that you are not alone 💙
There is nothing wrong with you for being fearful, as fear is a natural response to a perceived threat.
Although we may not use it this way as modern humans, fear was one of our basic survival mechanisms. Our fear response was used to protect ourselves from danger and keep us safe.
Here are some ways to work with your fear, not against it:
Identifying your fear is the first step to overcoming it. It is important to understand what you are afraid of, and why you are afraid of it. This will help you to understand your fear and how to work with it.
Understand why you are operating within a fear-response. What past events may have impacted you to be fearful? This ties directly into our next step:
Practicing self-compassion is so incredibly important for all aspects of life, but it can also be incredibly difficult. Give yourself time and grace. You will get through this!
You've come so far already and I know you will be able to work through these cumbersum aspects of life.
Although wellness can at times feel as though you are constantly coming up empty, it is important to remember that you are on a journey.
Along the way, you will learn more about yourself and may discover something beautiful.
Remember, you are not alone. We are all in this together.
I hope you have a wonderful day and I look forward to working with you in the future!
