Meditation can be practiced everyday to care for the mind, heart and body.
It gives clarity, not only within the exercise but especially afterwords
when the exercise is over. Cultivating the practice of meditation helps to
discipline the random wanderings of the mind; it helps to discern what is
appropriate for one to focus on, to expand our thinking into other
possibilities and focus on the discipline that is necessary. Meditation
does not change the eyesight itself, but it can change how we look at
