Running is my drug, reset button and time to think. I run almost everyday and at least 50 km per week. In 2023 I am going to run my very first marathon, and I am really exited about it. A good run doesn't have to be 42 km, it can also just be 2 or 5 km. If you haven't startet your running journey yet, you can still do it. I BELIEVE IN YOU.
