I attended my first Aerial Hoop class over 2 years ago and I have not looked back since. Aerial is a great way to improve strength, coordination and flexibility, it is highly addictive. There is something extremely therapeutic about hanging in a loop, hoop, or trapeze after a hard long day at work. Aerial Hoop and Aerial Loop classes have helped me to overcome fear, they have helped me to trust that when the instructors say im not going to fall, they are telling the truth!π These classes remind me how amazing, adaptive and resilitent our bodies are.
