Floralumpi

Illustration Project by Sula Hancock

Floralumpi is a place of natural beauty and mystery. Countless species of flora and fauna call it home.
Local history is recorded by heads on sticks, clouds go to raining training schools and there is always a curious
hamster nearby to ask you what you are doing.

Some residents seek understanding of their surroundings, whilst others take a 'it is what it is' approach to life.

Floralumpi is a calm, peaceful place that helps me to think about what a good life might look like.

I live in the Lake District and get a lot of inspiration from the natural surroundings.
I also feel inspired when I look at work by artists such as Tove Jansson, Tom Gauld and Aya Takano.

I would like to make a website for my artwork from scratch one day (I am currently using Wix), so I have used this opportunity to practice.
