Alyson comes to NYC from Pittsburgh, PA where she grew up dancing. She knew the importance of being fit and healthy from
a young age and was constantly aiming to become a stronger dancer. Alyson inspires her clients to love their
body and incorporates mobility, flexibility, core strength and total body strength/conditioning into her sessions. She
teaches Yoga, Strength + Sculpt, Spin and Pilates.
Her certifications include: NASM Personal Training and Corrective
Exercise, AFAA Group Fitness, Schwinn Indoor Cycling, 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training (300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training to
be completed in 2021), FMS 1&2, CPR/AED/First Aid
