Let's Face It. Netflix Needs Me.
So What If It Is the Other Way Around? 🤷♀️
I'm probably their biggest fan even though I'm not a "movie buff" per
se. There are so many things to love about Netflix, but I'll list just a
few:
Binge Watching
High-Quality Original Productions
Foreign Shows
Watching Together...kinda
I love being able to see what happens after an episode cliffhanger. I
also love the flexiblity of watching a couple of episodes at a time to
extend the suspense. The bottom line is that I can watch things on my
terms, including some of my favorite Netflix Originals, like "Dead to
Me," "The Circle," and "Blood and Water." In fact, Netflix introduced me
to Korean dramas like "Forecasting Love & Weather" and Spanish thrillers
like "Who Killed Sara?" Best of all, I can swap recommendations with my
friends, family, and colleagues. Netflix has single-handedly spared my
introvert from boring conversations about the weather—I live at the
beach, so there's really no point, right? I'm a loyal subscriber with an
abundance of actionable UX/UI insights, so I guess it would suffice to
say that Netflix totally needs me 😉.
Also, I decided to
look at their code to grab colors and such. I completely regret nothing
and everything at the same time 🤯.
