This course will ramp up your leg flexibility over three weeks of targeted active flexibility programming. You'll get access to one new 25-35 minute flexibility routine every week, in the form of a printable PDF and video links to instructions for each drill. Please note: this is the ON-DEMAND version of this program, and is fully self-paced. As such, there are no weekly office hours. This course is for ADVANCED LEVELS-- there are progressions and regressions for each drill.

This is an advanced class and is suitable for people who have been attending my regular lessons for the last 6 months!
