flexibility routine every week, in the form of a printable PDF and video
links to instructions for each drill. Please note: this is the ON-DEMAND
version of this program, and is fully self-paced. As such, there are no
weekly office hours. This course is for ADVANCED LEVELS-- there are progressions
and regressions for each drill.
