Through our kick boxing classes you will not only acquire knowledge about movements and techniques that will help you stay in shape and tone your muscles, but you will also learn to defend yourself.

All this will translate into physical well-being, by feeling and being more agile, but also in mental well-being by feeling more confident and strong. Getting hand wraps, talking about the benefits, and learning the jab, cross, and uppercut technique gives people confidence.

Psychologically, it fosters concentration, resilience, self-awareness, and stress relief. Through kick boxing, with fist and leg blows, an effort is made to maintain concentration, being a way of getting our emotions out and channeling them in a positiveway.
