Being crafty implies a personal, amazing creative power.An art of Crafting stresses technical knowledge and proficiency, it implies expertness in workmanship. Skills  such as planning, making and doing are essential to it. When you`re making something, your mind has space to wander and work things out. It also gives you a chance to redirect the channel in your brain and focus on something else rather than what may be stressing you out.In many cases,the actual physical activity involved in craft projects can be relaxing and therapeutic.
