Boil the condensed milk under constant stirring and medium-high
heat for about 10-15 minutes until it
becomes a
drizzly caramel matter. Don't cook it for too long ⏰, or it'll become thick and chunky and hard to
add
to
the
brownie mix.
Melt the butter and chocolate 🍫.
Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into a mixing bowl 🥣.
In another mixing bowl whisk the eggs 🥚 and sugar.
Combine all the ingredients together and pour the finished batter into a lined
baking
tray.
Drizzle the caramel on top of the batter until desired caramel adding is satisfied.
Cook in a preheated oven at 190 degrees celcius for aprox. 25 minutes 👩🏾🍳.
Tip: Leave brownie to cool on counter top and then pop it in the fridge overnight
