A bit about me
Hey there, my name is Mark. I am a high school student, living in Brooklyn. I love exploring hidden spots all over the city, and photographing my friends. I live in Brighton Beach and for those who don't know it, it's one of the last real ethnic enclaves of New York and a lot of my work is set there. I am drawn to strong colors, dramatic landscapes, and light. My camera? I use Sony a7iii. It's a great camera because it is fundamentally very easy to use, I never run out of space and the colors come out great. Although I do a lot of independent work, I also have experience working with organizations and photographing large events - weddings, parties, graduations, anniversaries - you name it! I am drawn to photography because it gives me the opportunity to connect with different people, capture memorable moments - and make an interesting object of art for others to see.
