Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a system in
which a business or other organisations administers its interactions with
customers, typically using data analysis to study large amounts of
information.
CRM systems compile data from a range of different communication channels,
including websites, telephone, email, live chat, social media and
marketing materials. These allow businesses to learn more about their
target audience and help to improve the services they offer;
