Barre classes are a fusion of ballet, yoga, pilates and strength training.

All barre classes are different, but the one thing they have in common are isometric (contractions of specific muscle groups) movements. These isometric movements are much more effective at creating a lean and toned physique.

Barre classes are made for all ages, sizes and fitness levels! The exercises are able to be modified to your skill level of beginner, intermediate or advanced.
