Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) is a connective
tissue disorder that effects 1 in 20,000 people.
It is believed to be hereditary however this has yet to be confirmed. The
way this disorder affects people can vary massively, from people who only
have hypermoblie joints (otherwise know as being double jointed) to people
who have crippling chronic pain and various other side effects.
