Running is a rapid movement characterised by a
length of time where both feet are in the air. Walking is a slower form of
movement in humans where one foot is on the ground at all times.
In the past, running allowed humans to be better hunters and escape from
predators. Now, running is a mode of stress relief, boosting brain
activity, and keeping healthy. It can be enjoyed in a group or

park, in select locations across the UK.
