Delicious pie! Delicate dough, fragrant, juicy apples and airy cream!
You can serve the cake with a scoop of melted vanilla ice cream. From
the indicated amount of ingredients, 8-10 servings are obtained.
Ingredients
1 kg apples
150 g sugar
200 g butter
5 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
600–700 g flour
Cream
500 g sour cream (15–20%)

Cooking
Rub butter with sugar. Add eggs. Mix)
Add baking powder and flour. Knead the dough.
Peel the apples, remove the core. Finely chop.
Line a baking dish pan with baking paper or grease with oil. Lay out
2/3 of the dough. Put apples on the dough.
From the remaining dough, make "pigtails". To do this, roll up the
flagellum. Then flatten it. Make cuts with a knife. Put the "pigtails"
on the pie.
Place the pie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake for 30-35
minutes.
Cooking cream: Mix sour cream with sugar. Pour cream over hot cake.
Let cool, then cut into portions.
