Its name "white" derives from the fine silvery-white hairs on
the unopened buds of the tea plant, which gives the plant a whitish
appearance. The aroma of dry white tea is unique, it has notes inherent
only in white tea. Its taste is refreshing, delicate, but at the same
time full, rich flavors of flowers, honey, melon, peach, berries, birch
sap. Color - delicate yellow-peach, can be almost imperceptible, maybe
resemble fresh honey or amber, the infusion is transparent.
The main idea of white tea is to preserve the tea leaf in the form in
which it is grows on a bush, retaining a maximum of its naturel at
minimal human impact. It has a lot of healing properties and is called
"a tea of youth and health".
It is in the first place in terms of the content of nutrients
(since it does not undergo heat process), contains vitamins C, PP, group
B vitamins, amino acids and many other substances.
It contains less caffeine than other teas and has a cooling effect,
therefore, it can be drunk both in the morning and in the evening. White
tea is also used in medicine. Properly prepared white tea has a lot of
useful properties:
it gives strength and at the same time relieves insomnia.
