Scooby-Doo franchise in the 90s was looking very much died in the water. Scooby-Doo was running out of steam after multiple cheapen series. The quailty of thses series such as Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo, the worst character ever, with everthing from animation to the writing. This series was so bad that ist took Scooby-Doo of the air in the first time in 20 years. Luckily Warnen Brothers were creating a new cable channel Cartoon Network, so they bought Hanna Barbera to fill time as they crate orginal conact. Waren Brothers revive Hanna-Barbera biggest franchise with a TV movie.
