These Hot Oil Chili Noodles are a TikTok trending, 15 minute recipe,
inspired by the Chinese dish You Po Mian. It’s made up of cooked
rice noodles tossed in an herb-packed, spicy hot oil sauce that you
will just love.
Po mian literally means oil sprinkled
noodles! The sauce is made with hot oil that’s poured over a mix of
aromatics and spices to release their flavor. It’s finished out with
coconut aminos (or soy sauce) and rice vinegar for a little bit of
extra flavor, then it’s ready to go! This spicy noodle dish is
packed full of flavor, ready in minutes, and we cannot stop making
it!
Garlic: use fresh garlic for the
best flavor!Adjust as desired.
Chili Flakes: use red pepper chili
flakes or Korean chili flakes!
