The Korean alphabet was devised in 1443 and officialised in 1446 by King Sejong, 4th ruler of Choson dynasty. The Korean alphabet is used today in South Korea and it's called hangul (한굴), while in North Korea is called chosongul (ì´ˆì „êµ´). In the past weeks we'll learn together how to read the alphabet and from that we'll learn so much more. Korean language has become really popular the past years thanks to kpop groups and kdramas and more and more people want to learn the language.
