A Day in Uluwatu, Bali
Travel Guide
Uluwatu is located in Bali, a beautiful island in Indonesia. There you can enjoy a very relaxed type of life, from surfing in one of the many stunning beaches to delighting yourself with your favorite smoothie bowl in one of the countless restaurants and cafés you will find. The best way to move around is by renting a motor bike, which will allow you to explore the place as you please. In this page, you will find my top recommendations for having the perfect day in this tropical paradise.

Start of the day: Nalu Bowls & DreamLand Beach
My suggestion for the start of the day is to have breakfast at Nalu Bowls, where you can choose between the many healthy smoothie or açaí bowls you will find on the menu. Afterwards, you can hop on your motorbike to my favorite beach in Uluwatu, Dreamland beach. Once you get there you have many surfboards for rental in case you are looking to catch a wave, or you can simply enjoy a nice tanning session.

Lunch Time at Bukit Café
For lunch, Bukit Café is the place to go. You have a wide-range of offers from plant-based burgers, to salads, avocado toats, pancakes and absolutely delicious cakes and ice-creams. Also, all the pictures you take there are sure to be Instagram worthy. 😉

Afternoon in Padang-padang or Greenbowl beach
To make the most out of the beach life this special place has to offer, I would recommend going to either Padang-padang or Greenbowl beach in the afternoon. The first one is better known for its waves and the second one is the place to go if you are feeling like enjoying the sun in a calmer environment and with less people around you. Once again, the best way to get to either of them is by motorbike.

The perfect ending to your day
Now you might be thinking, what would be the perfect way to end this day? I have the answer for you and that is, without a seamless doubt, going to Mana Restaurant & Bar. This is for me the best place in Uluwatu, and definetly on my top 3 of favorite places in Bali. I recommend arriving there at the end of your afternoon, so you can enjoy a stunning sunset while relaxing in the pool, in one of their couches or having a drink with your friends. I would also stay for dinner to have the full experience and taste some of the dishes they have to offer, which, yes you guessed it, are also delicious.
