Vincent Willem van Gogh is one of the most famous historical painters in the world. He was born in March 30, 1853 in Zundert, Netherlands. Van Gogh delved in to Post Impressionist arts creating over 2,000 masterpieces. The Dutch artist went through a series of unfortuante events before his fame which he has incorporated into his acclaimed pieces such as The Starry Night, Cafe Terrace at Night, Irises, and his many self-portraits.
