Hi! I'm Mandy, a mac-enthusiast from Manchester in England. I started
baking French macarons in 2013 after finding myself spending *way* too
much money buying these little sweet treats, and I haven't stopped baking
since.
Aside from baking macarons for friends and family (past boyfriends and
in-laws have never complained about the fact I turned up to every single
family event with a big box of these babies), I also enjoy selling my
macarons for charities.
My most popular flavours to date are strawberry, pistachio and
Kinder Bueno.

I'm Mandy, a British-born Chinese and recent graduate from the University of Manchester. I graduated with a BA (Hons) in German and East Asian Studies, and studied for one year at Ruprecht Karls University Heidelberg.
Waking up every morning to the views of the mountains in Heidelberg was a dream and, apart from eating schnitzels every other day, I thoroughly enjoyed my time studying English Literature, German Language, and East Asian Art History.
From the ages of 11-21, I was also a competitive rhythmic gymnast, competing both nationally and internationally. Although my back and legs aren't what they used to be, I still enjoy coaching the new generations of gymnasts at my former club.
Light pink vanilla macarons. Baby pink is a French classic - I've always found this shade to be chic and elegant, best enjoyed with a cup of hot tea ☕.
