    Inbox Zero is the approach that aims to keep an inbox empty and typically introduces a system to help you manage emails based on their next steps

  • How does it work?


    Not all emails are created equal and dividing them into a system so that you can batch certain actions together to get more done. When keeping your inbox at zero, you have a fresh perspective of what is coming in and this allows you to quickly sort through them and don't lose time context switching.

  • How long does it take?


    The program will take you 1 hour and you can set up your own email step-by-step following along. Once complete, you should be able to get to Inbox Zero at just 30 minutes a day for the next week.
