Varenyky in Ukraine are a popular national dish, served both as a common everyday meal and as a part of some traditional celebrations, such as Christmas Eve Supper 🎄

- 2/3 (160ml) Warm water
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups (250g) Flour
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 400g Potatoes, peeled
- 2 Onions, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Sour cream
