Specifically Nonfiction Books
I love nonfiction books because it is based on reality, not on stories that can be easily fabricated. There is a saying that goes 'truth is stranger than fiction'. Growing up it wasn't the make-believe stories that scared me or kept me up at night, it was the real-life stories that haunted me. Nonfiction is based on real events. Real stories and life experiences that's why I love it so much. I recommend everyone to pick up a nonfiction book, you will find parts that stick with you and parts you can relate to.
