  Unwilted and unoxidized

  Unwilted and unoxidized but allowed to yellow

• ☕Oolong☕

  Wilted, bruised, and partially oxidized
  Example: Milk Oolong

• ☕Pu-erh☕

  Green tea that has been allowed to ferment/compost
