Housecat

Felis catus is the only domecticated species in the Felidea family and is also known as the domestic cat or house cat. The Felis catus can be a house cat, farm cat or a feral cat. The domesticated cat originates from taming the African wildcat (Felis silvestris lybica). The first evidence dates from about 7500-7200 BC and was found in Cyprus.
