The Dominican Republic is a country located on the island of Hispaniola in the Greater Antilles archipelago of the Caribbean region. It is known for it's beautiful beaches, diverse people, and of course the food. One of my favorite dishes is Mangu. Mangu is the Dominican Republic's national breakfast. This traditional Dominican dish can also be served for lunch or dinner.
