Elisabete Ferreira | Borboleta Despenteada, is a Portuguese illustrator who was born in Águeda, on December 7,
1978, but it was in the Municipality of Tondela that she spent her
childhood, part of her youth… and… where she currently lives. For many
years, she studied, strolled, worked and lived in Porto - the Invicta
city, for which she still has a chronic crush for.
She has been working periodically in fashion ateliers, as a freelance
illustrator of children’s books and many other personal projects. She has
also provided training in Illustration Techniques, and conducting
illustration workshops for children, as well as many other workshops
destined for both (adults and children).
