Yoga, an ancient practice and meditation, has become increasingly popular in today's busy society. For many people, yoga provides a retreat from their chaotic and busy lives. This is true whether you're practicing downward facing dog posture on a mat in your bedroom, in an ashram in India or even in New York City's Times Square. Yoga provides many other mental and physical benefits. Some of these extend to the kitchen table.

There are courses for every age and every category of people in our school. Our youngest students have 5 years old. And the oldest student has 76 years old.

Our school is not about learning the perfect pose, it’s a life transforming journey. We are a community of open-minded individuals willing to share experiences and information.

We believe yoga is much more than that. This is why our course focuses on the meditative and self-exploration aspects of yoga, rather than creating a cult to the body or being just a fitness training. Unlike other YTTCs, we include active meditations, breathwork, Tantric and Taoist techniques.
