Watching the sunrise is how I like to start my day.
Sunlight in the morning affects your bodies circadian rhythm. It helps
set your body clock for the day, signaling it is time to wake up.
This photo is taken from Mount Sugarloaf (Warrawelong). As the sun
rises from the ocean horizon, it's light first hits the top of the
mountain. The drops of dew on the trees fall as the sunlight hits
them. It is magic, and the best way to start the day.
