Music Can Be a Great Mood Booster
Music can improve mood, decrease pain and anxiety,

Research suggests that music can benefit our physical and mental health
in numerous ways.
Music therapy is used by many certified hospice and palliative care
board music therapist to enhance conventional treatment
for a variety of illnesses and disease processes
from anxiety, depression and stress, to the management
of pain and enhancement of functioning after
degenerative neurologic disorders.
Where did Music originate from?
The very first instrument was that which
resembled a flute. It was made out of the left thighbone
of a young cave bear and has four pierced holes. Research
states that the size and position of the holes cannot be accidental
and this was created with intention to create music.
