I believe that Syrnyky — is a declaration of
love in Ukrainian.
If you cook these cheesecakes for breakfast for someone it’s the same as
saying “I love you”.
All you need is:
Cottage cheese (450 g)
1 egg
Semolina (100-150 g)
Sugar (30 g)
A pinch of saltе
👉mix it all together in a blender and make sure it’s smooth. Then form
little cheesecakes, coat them with some extra semolina and fry on a pan in
sunflower oil.
🤙🏻serve it with honey, jams, sour cream or condensed milk.
