Just a beginner? Don't worry! The New York Times has a wonderful article that'll walk you through the "building blocks of yoga" and the best part is, once you go through them, you will have just completed a full yoga workout. All you need is your mat, a quiet, open space, and maybe some calming spa music to help get your mind right.

Tip: Set an intention before you start. It could simply be "feel happier" and if you start feel overwhelmed or like you aren't good enough, go back to your intention and remember what brought you to your mat.
