taro powder (or starchy root taro), creamer, and a sweetener.
This tea originated from tropical Asia, but the trend of adding boba to this drink began in 1980s Taiwan. The flavor can be noted as an acquired taste, with many noting its distinct nutty and midly-sweet flavor. Though, it keeps its place as the
fourth favorite milk tea drink.
