Spanish speakers in central Colombia have a minimal accent and talk relatively slowly, making their Spanish among the continent's clearest and easiest to understand. These dialects are often considered easier to understand, and the Colombian accent has been called the “most neutral Spanish accent.” That's because in this region, people speak Spanish more slowly and don't cut words.

I started my Spanish journey on the 2nd April 2022. Funnily enough, I got the inspiration to learn soon after my trip to Porugal. I am very aware that the language of Portugal is different - Portugese; but seeing others speak so fluently in another tongue sparked something in me and I'm so glad it did. My journey began.
