I really love Bouldering. It trains your whole body and you can feel how you get stronger every day when training on a regular basis. It is not only good for you body but also for your mind. You have to overcome your fears on difficults parts and it' a great feeling to havong mastered a challenge. I have never met anyone who does not like bouldering when they try it for the first time, because in the end we are all children and we like to climb on things.
