What are you afraid of?

πŸ’€ Few have what it takes to face their fears. πŸ’€

Fear has always played a significant role in our survival. It can be crushingly strong and paralyzing, but it is also necessary for our safety. In fact, many of the common fears we share, such as acrophobia (fear of heights), are directly linked to our instinctual need for survival. While prolonged intense fear can be harmful to your health, there are benefits to being a little afraid. Acknowledging your fears and pushing through them anyway can help you overcome everyday obstacles and become a stronger person.
