Pizza Margherita, as the Italians call it, is a simple pizza hailing from Naples.
When done right, margherita pizza features a bubbly crust, crushed San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella and basil, a drizzle of olive oil, and a sprinkle of salt.
