Margherita Pizza has a traditonal sweet-tart, vibrant tomato sauce. It's
ingredients include tomato, mozzarella, basil and olive oil. The
ingredients are inspired by the colors of the national flag of Italy.
Sometimes they use slices of prosciutto, tomato, arselle, etc. Sometimes
folding the dough over itself it is formed what is called a calzone.
