Here you can track all your trades but, firstly, you need to fill out, obviously, columns A to C and E to H. Also, there is a supporting helper-checker to find out whether you have withdrawn some profit or not (U column).

Columns V to AI is a 'Risk/reward calculator'. Just fill in columns V (your SL) and W (your desired take profit), and you will see whether it is a good trade or not. Try not to underestimate this part of my journal as it is the game-changing feature that helps to plan and track trades in the proper way.

Additionally, you can see part 'Notes' (AJ to AM columns) - it is a place where you can store all your thoughts and ideas about the particular trade - in that way you have a chance to track strong and weak sides of your mindset and skills as it is an essential part of the developing of your trading system and improving your trading stats.
