Waterpolo is a fantastic way to get in shape, make new friends, and
partake in one of the most intense sports. It is like rugby, soccer, and
basketball, but you cannot touch the bottom of the pool! There are two
teams of seven players, with one goalie and six field players. The goal
of the game is to score goals by throwing a ball into the opposing
team's goal. You can only use one hand to pass and receive the ball, and
you have to tread water. It is a challenging sport requiring both
aerobic and anaerobic abilities. But in the end, you feel like a champion!
